Start with your passport — Saudi authorities require at least eight months of validity from the departure date. Renew early, because the peak Ramadan season makes appointment slots scarce.

Carry your vaccination certificate, NID copy and four extra photographs. Keep digital copies on your phone and email as a backup.

Pack light. Two sets of ihram, comfortable sandals, unscented toiletries and a refillable bottle cover almost everything you need for the Haram.
